PRODUCING: PRODUCER & TEAMS

The following game was produced during a production workshop of gamelab.zhdk.ch in more or less 22 days from the 1st august. The idea of the game was developed before and was worked out during the production workshop. More about the 'blueprint' of the workshop you find here >

Over 25 persons (around 10 always in the office) worked in 5 teams (story telling, visuals, gamemechanics & leveldesign, programming, testing) together leaded by a producer (livio lunin). More about the teams you find here >

USED TOOLS

SLACK.COM: Internal communication. Every team had his own channel, everybody could look at the progress of all other.
TRELLO.COM: Every team had his card for the tasks. tasks were priorized.
DROPBOX/GOOGLE-DRIVE: All important files/documents, workspace for all teams & special big assets like models.
BITBUCKET: For programming stuff. Problem: you can only have 2 GB repos. Therefore the big assets are on GoogleDrive.
